The Kupira Marimba Trio has the pleasure of performing in the Rotunda of the Texas State Capitol for Texas Art’s Advocacy Day!

Rattletree just returned from a performance in Washington, D.C. for the Xperience Design Project Conference (XDP).  We were invited by Visit Austin to bring a little of the Austin Magic there to DC.  What an incredible blast the whole experience was! 

We had a blast at this year’s SXSW-our 11th year in a row to play the festival.  This time we decided to do things a little different and so we debuted 6 brand new songs-including a brand new lineup-with Pete on the drums, Mike and Adam (our newest member!) on guitar, Kristin doing video projection, and Joel on the Malletkat and Push…

Rattletree had the honor of performing a special acoustic mbira song for the great folks at Bedstock.

Bedstock is a one-of-a-kind, life-changing music festival, where artists play from bed for sick kids stuck in theirs. It helps raise funds and awareness for MyMusicRx, an organization that delivers the healing power of music to hospitalized kids across the country.
